Discussion about it on MOFs (metal-organic frameworks)

lines of research involving MOFs direct them to various areas of knowledge. however research groups argue that the creation of MOFs have pores with bigger and more defined structures provide greater applicability. they can be applied in catalysis, adsorption of gases, pesticides in water, organic pollutants, heavy metals. some even cite such materials as MOFs were actually solve problems caused by human action.

MOFs are really interesting materials, because they have numerous applicability, it is for scientists now studying MOFs thermally more resistant, and with considerable selectivity. Brazilian research groups such as the fundamental chemistry laboratory of the Federal University of Pernambuco and the department of chemistry at the Federal University of Sergipe has been prepared to search and apply MOFs in essential lanthanides.
these institutes the MOFs are being used in public safety, adsorption of pesticides in water and environmental matrices and carrying of controlled drugs. studies are empirical and theoretical.

I believe that MOFs can they contribute to the development of science, and for this technology which in turn brings social and economic development (when properly applied). adsorption of gases has already been discussed in the blog. hope that more discussions are likely through this report.
